Founded by Precious Johnson, a Certified Life Coach and Reentry Specialist, our mission is to bridge the gap between lived experience and professional growth. Having been directly impacted by the carceral system, Precious brings a unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise to every space she enters.
She draws from her own journey of transformation, along with years of nonprofit leadership, coaching, and advocacy work to deliver programs that restore confidence, accountability, and purpose.
We believe every person and organization has the capacity to grow, and that coaching, when rooted in empathy and structure, can create lasting change.
